By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service

Commission process:

  • The first thing you will recieve after confirming the commission is a watermarked rough sketch, if you want any changes made, this is when they will be made. An edited sketch will be sent before commencing the piece
  • Once the sketch is approved, I will invoice you via payapl, this is the only payment method accepted.
  • Once payment is recieved, I will complete your commission and after that point no more changes can be made

Communications:

  • Message me either through my tumblr [erisgoobing] or through discord [flyingpotatos] for commission related communications
  • Please be active with your messaging, I understand that things happen out of your controll that can stop you from messaging but after a few days(3-5) with no communication your commission may be cancelled or put on hold
  • Be clear if your contact changes, if you change your contact without letting me know and I can't find you again I will probably cancel your commission
  • Make sure you are able to be messaged on whatever platform you're using for commission communications, if I outright can't contact you then your commission request will be voided
  • Please keep all commission related communications formal and impersonal

Payment:

  • I only accept paypal, no favors, cashapp, nitro, venmo.
  • You may split payment with another person
  • I will invoice you after the rough sketch is approved and complete the commission after payment is recieved

    • General:

    • Every commission excluding character design commissions require visual reference or a ref sheet of some kind. If no reference is provided then more likely than not your commission will not be accepted.
    • Once the commission is completed no changes will be made unless I messed something up
    • I send WIPS, if you would like more WIPs than I normally send (rough sketch & lineart) then just ask!
    • My commissions are NOT for comercial use you have complete permission to post commissions(assuming credit is given) and to use them for pfps, banners, etc. but you are absolutely NOT allowed to use my commissions comercially, this means no making money off of my designs.
    • I have the right to post and/or otherwise use my commissions for whatever I want(this includes making prints and other commercial uses)
    • I have the right to decline a commission for any reason
    • If you cancel your commission, depending on how much work has been done on the piece you are entitled to either a partial or complete refund.

    What I will and wont draw:

      I WILL draw:

    • Blood
    • Gore (to an extent)
    • Wings
    • Candy gore
    • Body horror (to an extent)
    • Romantic/Nonsexual relationships/interactions (asuming you either own all characters involved or somone who consents to their character being in the artwork does)

      • I WON'T draw:

    • NSFW
    • Humans (don't have the skillset)
    • Ferals (don't have the skillset)
    • Extreme fat
    • Fetish art of any kind
